Responsibilities

• Make decisions in partnership with the Store Manager to align with company priorities
• Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories
• Hold self and sales team accountable for personal sales and productivity
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty
• Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented and forward-thinking manner
• Develop product knowledge for the team to stay up-to-date on all products
• Supervise the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet goals
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members and the Store Manager

Requirements

• Two plus years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in a creative, customer-facing environment
