Retail Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor, setting expectations and motivating the team
• Act as the leader on duty when management is not present
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Drive sales performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Execute visual merchandising, marketing directives, and planograms
• Manage inventory, including receiving, transferring goods, and auditing
• Support marketing events, pop-ups, and new store openings

Requirements

• More than 1 year of retail experience; supervisor or leader experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working independently in ambiguous environments
• Ability to use data and metrics to implement solutions
• Strong retail industry knowledge and customer engagement skills
