Retail Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor, setting expectations and motivating the team
• Act as the leader on duty when management is not present
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Serve as a subject matter expert on POP MART characters and products
• Support marketing events, pop-ups, and new store openings
• Drive sales performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Execute visual merchandising directives and set up planograms
• Manage back of house organization, inventory, and auditing

Requirements

• More than 1 year of retail experience; supervisor experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to use data and metrics to implement solutions
