Retail Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to ensure an exceptional guest experience and team support
• Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards
• Build rapport with guests by providing technical product information and customized solutions
• Support team learning and development while fostering a productive and fun work environment
• Review and interpret daily sales data to drive performance
• Maintain store readiness through product presentation, restocking, and cleaning tasks
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or guest services
• Passion for the outdoors and the Mammut brand lifestyle
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and peak retail times
