Retail Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Own overall country retail performance across sell-in, sell-through, sell-out, market share, and profitability
• Lead strategic relationships with key retail partners, including management and purchaser stakeholders
• Develop and execute retail partner growth plans and account plans to drive sustainable sales growth
• Drive partner performance through promotions, premium mix management, and business reviews
• Own retail account and store coverage strategy to ensure focus on business priorities and execution quality
• Align with marketing, category, and supply teams to improve retail readiness and business performance
• Analyze performance trends and monitor KPIs to recommend corrective actions for retail productivity
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to junior retail and account team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in channel sales, retail sales, or partner management
• Proven expertise in account planning and partner business management
• Strong experience in sales growth execution and cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated ability in retail channel management and partner negotiations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance governance within a retail environment
• Strong analytical capabilities to manage complex business issues and multiple stakeholders
• Proven track record in promotional execution and premium mix management
