Retail Sales Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and KPI targets through individual and team goals
• Foster exceptional in-store experiences and provide on-the-floor coaching
• Develop loyal client relationships through outreach and styling services
• Supervise the sales floor during manager absences
• Assist in training new associates on customer service and POS systems
• Manage inventory tasks including shipping, receiving, and product processing
• Maintain store appearance, organization, and stock levels
• Follow opening and closing procedures and ensure policy compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail experience
• 6+ months of leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
• Experience with apparel or accessories contemporary brands
• Proven ability to lead a product and customer-centric environment
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations
• Open availability for weekends, holidays, evenings, and events
• Physical ability to bend, reach, lift, climb ladders, and carry 25-30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Luxury or clienteling experience
