Retail Sales Field Trainer

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train new Lead Generators to ensure success within their first two weeks
• Deliver hands-on coaching, role-playing, and performance development in the field
• Observe team performance and provide real-time feedback to improve customer engagement
• Develop and facilitate training materials and group training opportunities
• Visit assigned retail locations to coach employees and support store partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail leadership and partners
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and scheduling compliance
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement coaching plans
• Provide regular reporting to leadership regarding team performance and business results

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the DFW Metroplex (role is approximately 95% field-based)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Must successfully complete all required retail partner background checks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, lead generation, coaching, or training
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
