Retail Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport.
• Actively approach and assist customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored products.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Increase sales by explaining promotions, special offers, and discounts.
• Independently track sales records and coordinate with respective departments to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles within Kuwait in luxury, watches, or jewelry.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field.
• Relevant certification in sales management from accredited providers.
