Responsibilities
- Handle and convert company-provided leads into successful sales
- Engage clients and recommend suitable forex products
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Coordinate with operations and adhere to company requirements
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric approach with proven sales and negotiation ability
- In-depth knowledge of the forex industry and product offerings
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- High standards of business ethics and professional conduct
- Experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager at an FX prime broker, liquidity provider, or ECN
