Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features to enhance their shopping experience
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products
• Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence
• Assist customers with account management, including interpreting statements, paying bills, and upgrading services
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay updated on competitive information
• Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a professional store environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible, and variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move about the store constantly
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
