Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating and explaining product features
• Listen to customer needs to provide tailored solutions and product recommendations
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up
• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new customers to ensure effective product usage
• Collaborate with customer care to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Adhere to retail operational policies and maintain a professional store environment
• Participate in team huddles and complete required training to maintain product knowledge
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to professional integrity
