Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on products and services to achieve world-class sales and service experiences
• Demonstrate product capabilities and provide educational walkthroughs to maximize customer experience
• Take a customer-first approach by listening to needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Achieve individual sales goals and customer experience objectives
• Perform customer onboarding activities to ensure users understand how to manage their products and services
• Complete operational, administrative, and training requirements
• Maintain a professional demeanor and comply with all retail operational policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to stand and move constantly throughout the store
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
