Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Represent products and services by demonstrating product and sales know-how to customers
• Take a customer-first approach by listening to needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
• Provide comprehensive customer onboarding to ensure users understand how to manage products and services
• Perform operational and administrative tasks and comply with retail policies
• Partner with customer care to resolve issues and maintain professionalism
• Participate in training requirements and team huddles

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand and move about the store for long periods
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
