Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features to enhance their shopping experience
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up
• Assist customers with account statements, bill payments, and service upgrades
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a professional store environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-focused skills
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
