Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating and explaining product features
• Listen to customer needs to provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through service excellence
• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new customers to ensure effective product usage
• Collaborate with customer care to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Adhere to retail operational policies and maintain a professional store environment
• Participate in team huddles and complete required training to maintain product knowledge
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Spanish fluency is preferred
