Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in a retail environment to evaluate needs and recommend Xfinity products
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity
• Assist customers with account management, including interpreting statements and processing payments
• Answer questions regarding current and new services, upgrade service levels, and process service requests
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay informed on competitive information
• Meet established sales goals and performance metrics

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move constantly throughout the store
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales
