Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on products and services to provide a world-class sales and service experience
• Demonstrate product capabilities through live demonstrations to educate customers
• Take a customer-first approach by listening to needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Achieve individual sales goals and customer experience objectives
• Perform customer onboarding activities to ensure users understand how to manage their services
• Complete operational and administrative tasks in compliance with retail policies
• Partner with customer care teams to resolve complex issues
• Maintain a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor with customers and teammates

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move about the store constantly
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and persuasion skills
