Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to provide a world-class sales and service experience
• Demonstrate product capabilities and educate customers on full product features
• Listen to and evaluate customer needs to provide appropriate product solutions
• Achieve individual sales goals and customer experience objectives
• Perform customer onboarding to ensure users understand how to manage their services
• Complete operational and administrative tasks in compliance with retail policies
• Partner with customer care teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and move about the store for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
