Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features to enhance their shopping experience
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, including helping customers interpret account statements and pay bills
• Answer questions regarding current or new services, process service requests, and upgrade account levels
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a professional store environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
