Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience
• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and requirements
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence
• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new customers to ensure they understand product usage and management
• Collaborate with customer care to troubleshoot and resolve issues, fostering trust and ongoing loyalty
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to maintain a professional store environment
• Participate in team huddles and complete required training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including working nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results
