Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on products and services to provide a world-class sales and service experience.
• Demonstrate product capabilities through live demonstrations to educate customers and maximize their experience.
• Take a customer-first approach by listening to needs and providing appropriate technology solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals and customer experience objectives.
• Perform customer onboarding activities to ensure users understand how to manage their new products and services.
• Complete operational and administrative tasks in compliance with retail policies.
• Partner with customer care teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to stand and move about the store constantly for long periods.
• Ability to carry and lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
