Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm to demonstrate and explain product features
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity
• Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence
• Assist customers with account management, including billing, service upgrades, and data changes
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay updated on competitive information
• Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a professional store environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-focused skills
• Consistent and punctual attendance
