Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm to demonstrate and explain Xfinity product features
• Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence
• Provide outstanding customer service, including helping customers interpret account statements and process payments
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay updated on competitive information
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a professional store environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
