Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm to demonstrate and explain Xfinity product features
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with account statements and bill payments
• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining expert-level knowledge of Comcast/Xfinity products and services
• Process service requests, account changes, and service upgrades
• Adhere to all retail operational policies and procedures to maintain a professional store environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible, variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to move around the store constantly and lift/carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-focused skills
• Proven ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
