Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm to demonstrate and explain Xfinity product features
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with account statements and bill payments
• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining expert-level knowledge of Comcast/Xfinity products and services
• Process service requests, account changes, and service upgrades
• Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a professional store environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly
• Strong communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills
• Consistent and punctual attendance
