Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
• Create an inclusive customer experience and cultivate repeat business through clienteling
• Act as a product expert for all Boll & Branch offerings
• Provide in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultations
• Maintain high visual presentation and housekeeping standards
• Perform daily paperwork reconciliation and operational tasks
• Protect store assets and inventory
• Perform in-home installations for clients

Requirements

• Minimum one year in a retail sales role or comparable industry
• Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management
• Proficient with POS systems and standard office equipment
• Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite, Word, and Excel
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
