Retail Sales Clerk

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations including stock counts, receiving, and merchandising products
• Greet walk-in customers and provide professional service via in-person and phone inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Use MS Office applications to assist with administrative and store-related tasks
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Ability to work part-time (16 hours per week) on Mondays and Saturdays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift a minimum of 25 kg
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong commitment to customer service and organizational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of equine care and management
• Experience working within the agricultural industry
• Previous experience operating a forklift
