Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming store environment and making emotional connections through product knowledge
• Drive sales growth and guest loyalty by implementing company selling strategies and the Rewards Loyalty program
• Maintain store visual standards, including cleanliness, signage, and following plan-o-grams
• Support inventory management activities and follow loss prevention and safety measures
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to foster a positive, high-performing work environment

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
