Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming store environment and making emotional connections through product knowledge.
• Drive sales growth and guest loyalty by implementing company selling strategies and promoting the Rewards Loyalty program.
• Maintain store visual standards, including cleanliness, signage, and following plan-o-grams.
• Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, high-performing team environment based on core company values.
• Assist with operational tasks including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention measures.
• Strive to achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through effective execution.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
