Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build lasting customer relationships
• Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and driving loyalty through the Rewards program
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness
• Support inventory management activities and follow safety and loss prevention measures
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to foster a positive, high-performing work environment

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
