Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Build customer loyalty through product knowledge, emotional connections, and the Rewards Loyalty program.
• Implement company selling strategies to maximize sales potential and meet KPI goals.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, including signage, cleanliness, and plan-o-grams.
• Support inventory management activities and adhere to safety and loss prevention measures.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
