Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Use product knowledge to understand guest needs and build emotional connections.
• Implement company selling strategies to maximize sales and build customer loyalty.
• Drive participation in the Rewards Loyalty program and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, signage, and cleanliness protocols.
• Support inventory management activities and adhere to safety and loss prevention measures.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
