Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming store environment and making emotional connections through product knowledge
• Drive sales growth and guest loyalty by implementing company selling strategies and the Rewards Loyalty program
• Maintain store visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and overall cleanliness
• Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, high-performing team environment
• Assist with operational tasks including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention measures
• Strive to achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
