Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Forge lasting relationships with customers through authentic and engaging service
• Provide expert product knowledge and feedback regarding merchandise style and fit
• Achieve sales goals within a team-based commission environment
• Maintain store operations including stocking, cleaning, and visual merchandising
• Execute cash control procedures and assist with inventory management
• Ensure the selling floor remains neat, organized, and reflects the brand image

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
• Punctuality and a high level of ownership and accountability
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and respond to feedback
