Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and create experiences that exceed expectations
• Guide customers to the right solutions through product knowledge and active listening
• Contribute to campaigns, activities, and current offers
• Maintain an organized, inviting, and high-quality store environment in collaboration with the team

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Currently a student with at least 6 months of studies remaining
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a merit
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus
