Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and create experiences that exceed expectations
• Advise customers on products and services using product knowledge and active listening
• Contribute to campaigns, activities, and current offers
• Maintain a well-organized, inviting, and high-quality store environment
• Assist customers with subscriptions, hardware, and billing inquiries

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written)
• High level of drive, engagement, and discipline
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a merit
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus
