Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Process incoming merchandise responsibly through accurate inventory and warehouse management
• Accurately process sales transactions at the cash desk
• Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with PUMA brand values
• Drive personal and store sales performance, KPIs, and profitability through effective service
• Execute and maintain all Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA criteria
• Identify product opportunities and communicate them to the management team

Requirements

• Customer service orientation with a friendly and reliable personality
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
• Proficiency in the English language
• Ability to learn quickly and provide high levels of customer assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the retail sector
