About the role
Responsibilities
- Process incoming merchandise responsibly through accurate inventory and warehouse management
- Accurately process sales transactions at the cash desk
- Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with PUMA brand values
- Drive personal and store sales performance, KPIs, and profitability through effective service
- Execute and maintain all Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA criteria
- Identify product opportunities and communicate them to the management team
Requirements
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and reliable personality
- Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Ability to learn quickly and provide high levels of customer assistance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the retail sector
