Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard customer service in alignment with PUMA brand values
• Drive personal and store sales performance to meet KPIs and profitability targets
• Accurately process sales transactions at the cash desk
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA criteria
• Responsibly process incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Identify product opportunities and communicate insights to the management team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• A strong passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial sector
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
• Strong teamwork abilities and a capacity for fast learning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high-level customer assistance
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
