About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard customer service in alignment with PUMA brand values
- Drive personal and store sales performance to meet KPIs and profitability targets
- Accurately process sales transactions at the cash desk
- Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA criteria
- Responsibly process incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Identify product opportunities and communicate insights to the management team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- A strong passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial sector
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
- Strong teamwork abilities and a capacity for fast learning
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high-level customer assistance
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
