Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage in friendly conversations to identify shopping needs
• Act as a subject matter expert on POP MART characters, products, and company history
• Provide product recommendations to assist customer decision-making
• Process customer transactions using the cash register
• Support product shipment deliveries and stockroom organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Drive sales of key products including Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Ability to engage customers confidently to deliver a great experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in designer toys
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages
