Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage in friendly conversations to identify shopping needs
• Act as a subject matter expert on POP MART characters, products, and company history
• Provide product recommendations and information to assist customer decisions
• Process customer transactions using the cash register
• Support product shipment deliveries and organize the stockroom
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Drive sales of key products including Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Ability to engage customers confidently to deliver great experiences
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks like unpacking, tagging, and stocking

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages
• Interest in designer toys
