Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and achieve merchandise sales goals
• Provide outstanding customer service and greet customers promptly
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store layout and prominent merchandise displays
• Check stock daily to ensure product availability
• Manage outbound shipping and inbound shipment receiving
• Organize stockroom and help control inventory shortage
• Practice security measures to prevent theft and maintain safety consciousness

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to safely lift boxes up to 40lbs
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
