Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build lasting customer relationships.
• Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and driving loyalty through the Rewards program.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Assist with inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention measures.
• Strive to achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
