Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build lasting customer relationships
- Implement company selling strategies and drive loyalty through the Rewards program
- Maintain store appearance following visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness guidelines
- Support inventory management and control expenses
- Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities
- Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
