Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build lasting customer relationships
- Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs
- Maintain store appearance following visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness protocols
- Support inventory management activities and control expenses
- Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- 1+ years of proven experience in a retail environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
