Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Use product knowledge to understand guest needs and build emotional connections
• Implement company selling strategies to maximize sales and build customer loyalty
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and meet KPI goals
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, signage, and cleanliness protocols
• Support inventory management activities and follow loss prevention measures
• Foster a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
