About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals established by the Store Manager
- Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge of the merchandise
- Merchandise products in accordance with Company guidelines
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment
- Monitor merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display
- Follow all security and loss prevention procedures
- Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed
- Support the store with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong selling skills and retail experience (watch, jewelry, fashion, or luxury preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
