Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals established by the Store Manager
• Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge regarding merchandise
• Merchandise products in accordance with Company guidelines
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment
• Monitor merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed
• Support the store with additional tasks as required

Requirements

• Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, or luxury retail
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and store objectives
