About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service to all clients
- Cultivate strong client relationships and capture CRM data according to company guidelines
- Maintain product knowledge and assist with merchandising in accordance with company standards
- Ensure a neat, clean, and professional working environment
- Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
- Assist with merchandise control logs and follow all security and loss prevention procedures
- Perform basic watch services, including sizing and battery changes as needed
Requirements
- Proven selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, luxury, or specialty retail
- Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
