Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Share the Moleskine story and guide customers toward creative tools
• Achieve sales goals by building genuine customer connections
• Perform keyholder duties including opening, closing, and cash management
• Manage the customer experience and daily tasks during solo coverage
• Maintain visual identity through merchandising and store organization
• Operate POS systems and manage inventory flow

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Confidence in performing keyholder and operational oversight duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience using Cegid
• Previous keyholder, shift-lead, or supervisory experience
• Strong visual merchandising and product storytelling skills
