Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to enhance the guest experience
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and metric objectives
• Drive conversion by sharing product knowledge and generating conversation
• Perform cash, wrap, and POS duties efficiently
• Accurately process payments, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain inventory levels and restock the sales floor
• Create and promote impactful merchandise presentations and displays
• Collaborate with team members for seamless break coverage and product delivery
• Maintain a safe working and shopping environment

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, special events, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-1 years of related work experience
